#43-LAUNCHING PERICORDIAL STORIES

LAUNCHING PERICORDIAL STORIES

Hey everyone!

As you know, this blog is dedicated to pericarditis recovery. Here I share my story as well as tips and recipes to help people living with pericarditis get better.

I created a new series featuring testimonials from people living with pericarditis on the Instagram (IG) Pericordialblues account, which is dedicated to this disease and, so far, my healing journey.

I asked a few “pericarditis warrior” friends to join my IG page to tell their stories about pericarditis. I called this series of testimonials “PERICORDIAL STORIES”.

The presentation is in the form of a carousel on IG. For each testimonial I draw a little personalized sketch representing the person who is telling his/her story. Go have a look on my IG page Pericordialblues (by clicking on the small icon at the top right of this page) or on the #pericordialstories or #pericordialblues to find all the testimonials. I hope you like this new series and find it interesting.

My wish is that nobody will ever feel alone with pericarditis. I know how isolating this disease can be. You are not alone. We are not alone. Gregory, Kimberley, Lucia, Leon, Rachel, Eva,… We are so many. I feel blessed to have met these beautiful people on IG.

Let’s connect, share our experiences, support each other, send good healing vibes and some love!

And maybe other people, friends or family members, will learn something about this little-known disease.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who participate by sharing their story and experience. Your voice is important, and it is heard. Stay strong and keep fighting to heal!

If you would like more of this series, like, share and comment on IG. My wish is to post these testimonials regularly on IG. Tell me if you are interested in participating. We need to hear your voice!

THE WORLD IS BETTER TOGETHER.

Pericordially yours,

Vali
